About DocketFetch

DocketFetch is an independent Chrome extension intended to help users find NYSCEF cases, collect document lists, and save accessible PDFs in organized folders. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the New York State Unified Court System and does not provide legal advice or act as a court filing service.

Use of the court website

You remain responsible for your access to NYSCEF and your use of court documents. Use DocketFetch only for documents you are authorized to access and in accordance with applicable law and the court website’s requirements. Court logins, verification prompts, sealed records, and other access restrictions continue to apply.

DocketFetch depends on the availability and structure of the court website. A document may be unavailable, restricted, or fail to download. Review the resulting files and any reported errors. A collected document list or download is not a certification that a docket is complete or current.

Individual subscription

The subscription is a license for one individual to use the paid download features. Searching for cases, reviewing document lists, selecting documents, and preparing folders remain available without a paid subscription. The subscription pays for the extension’s functionality; it does not purchase court records or confer additional access rights to NYSCEF.

Your computer and saved files

You choose the download destination and are responsible for checking, storing, and protecting your saved files. Deleting a saved case record from DocketFetch does not delete PDFs already saved on your computer. Local history can be lost when browser data is cleared or the extension is removed.

Website demonstrations

Examples on this website use illustrative case information. They demonstrate document selection and naming and do not perform a live court search or download court documents.

Availability and changes

Features and availability may change over time. Material subscription terms will be shown before purchase. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
