Does DocketFetch replace NYSCEF?
No. DocketFetch works alongside NYSCEF in Chrome. You search the case by index number or party name, view which documents you need, and then we help quickly and seamlessly get all of those documents onto your PC. DocketFetch is an independent utility, designed to provide you with a desperately needed function that the court’s website lacks. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the New York State Unified Court System.
What if a case has more than one page of documents?
DocketFetch collects PDFs with their document names and descriptions across accessible pages of the case’s document list. You can refresh the list when returning to the case.
Can I download only new or selected documents?
Yes. Choose a document range or specific numbers instead of downloading the entire case. DocketFetch also skips documents its local case history records as already saved. Deleting that history removes the record of prior downloads.
